Eric Brooke

Eric Brooke is an Operating CTO with extensive experience scaling engineering teams and leading technology strategy at high-growth companies. Most notably, he grew SpotHero's engineering team to over 120 engineers. As well as lead IT/IS for an organisation that was 21,000 people. He has held multiple C-suite roles and brings a wealth of practical experience to the First-Time CTO Pod. Eric also regularly interviews CTOs about their journeys for his podcast, "CTO Wisdom," providing him with unique insights into the challenges and opportunities facing technology leaders.
